Obstacles are Leaving Afghanistan.

The Obama administration on Thursday issued a review of the progress of the war in Afghanistan, a year after the leader ordered 30,000 more troop to Afghanistan to fight the Taliban insurgency.

The summary of the report says the leadership of Al Qaeda has been weakened and the momentum of the Taliban reduced, but those gains are very fragile. The report suggests that American forces could begin withdrawing in July, though the White House also says the scale of removal will be "conditions-based."
